Health booklet A5 Hyde Park

The cover is soft yet durable, and the A5 size fits perfectly in my diaper bag. It’s such a stylish way to keep all those newborn health records organized and protected.

The elastic band keeps the cover snug even when the booklet gets thicker with vaccine records, which I didn't expect. It’s become the thing I grab first when we head to the pediatrician—everything stays in one neat place.

The A5 size fits perfectly in my diaper bag, and the leather-like cover feels sturdy enough to survive toddler chaos. It keeps the vaccine card and doctor notes organized without any pages falling out.
